We recommend keeping text designs to 12 characters per line. Our system will warn you if your text might be too small to look good.

What are your artwork guidelines?

The ideal artwork is a vector file or a high-resolution image set to print size — but don’t worry if you don’t have that. Our design team will work with what you send and can even redraw your artwork for free.

Yes — we can remove the original label and replace it with your own printed or woven label. For woven labels, you can supply labels or we can create them if you order 100+.

How do I make sure I get the right size?

To get the right fit, check the size guide on each product page and measure your chest using a tape measure. Our charts show sizes in both labels (e.g. Medium) and chest measurements.

Delivery

How soon can I receive my delivery?

Orders are typically delivered within 11 working days, depending on item type and chosen delivery speed.

You can choose faster delivery dates using our calendar tool at checkout. For plain items, the earliest delivery is Tuesday, 27 May 2025.

For printed or embroidered items, the quickest available delivery is Wednesday, 28 May 2025 with an express surcharge.

Standard UK delivery costs just £4.99, no matter how many items you order.

Saturday delivery is available for £10.00.

International delivery for 1–2 items is £15.00 to Europe and £22.00 to the rest of the world.

Returns

What should I do if my item is faulty?

If you think your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description, and photos showing the issue.

Can I return my order?

You can return plain (non-customised) items for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on printed or embroidered items unless they’re faulty.

Care And Longevity

How do I wash and care for printed or embroidered garments?

For printed garments, wash at 30°C, avoid tumble drying, and don’t iron directly on printed items. Embroidered garments are more durable and can be tumble dried and gently ironed.

Will the design fade or peel over time?

Our prints are built to last over 50 washes, and embroidery should last the lifetime of the garment. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it for free.
