Can I see a proof of my design before printing?

Yes. As you build your order, the quote shows a live visual of your products and designs. Check it after changing artwork, colours, sizes or positions.

After you place the order, we send a final order confirmation email with the design setup for you to review and approve before production. You can also reach this confirmation from My Account.

Yes. When your artwork is ready for you to check, your order shows Awaiting your confirmation and a Check and confirm order action. If it shows Artwork being checked, the team is still reviewing it and will email you when it is ready.

1. Open the order confirmation from your order card.
2. Check each design, its position and the spelling of any text or names.
3. Check the garments, colours, sizes, quantities, delivery address and order reference.
4. If everything is correct, select the confirmation option on the order page.

Check the details carefully before confirming. If you spot a correction, contact the team before confirming and include your order number and the change needed. The confirmation step approves the artwork and order details shown to you; do not assume that a submitted order can be edited through this page.

If the order is still unfinished, My Account shows the next task instead. This may be adding sizes and quantities, uploading artwork, entering design text or names, setting a delivery address, or reviewing the order before placing it.

For individual names and numbers, read how personalised-name previews work; ordinary Individual Text does not show a separate artwork image for every name.
