How can I see who has ordered on my shop?

There are two ways to see who has placed an order on your shop:

1. Dashboard view:
   Click on the My Shop link — found in the top right of the page on desktop, or under the burger menu on mobile. This opens your shop dashboard, showing a list of everyone who has ordered.


2. Order confirmation view (for individual delivery shops):
   If your shop sends each item to an individual address and you want to track who has paid, go to My Orders and click View Order for the relevant shop order. This takes you to the Order Confirmation page.

On the confirmation page, you'll see:
– A list of everyone who has ordered
– Their order IDs
– The amount they owe
– Delivery address and date
– The order visual for approval

You can use this to track payments and chase up customers before the deadline.
