How do I update my account details?

Open My details in My Account. You can edit:

• First name
• Last name
• Contact email
• Telephone
• Company

Select Save details after making your changes. These details identify your customer account and are used when the team contacts you about an order. The contact email is used for order contact, so keep it current.

After the save is confirmed, your updated details appear in the account. If the result cannot be confirmed, your entries remain on the page; refresh to check the current details before trying again. Use Security when you want to change your password or email marketing preference.
