What are your artwork guidelines?

The best file depends on what you need. Vector artwork such as EPS, PDF, AI or SVG is useful when the artwork team needs to recreate or resize a design cleanly. For image files, aim for 300 dpi at the size you want printed. Sending the original file is better than a screenshot or a small copy from social media.

For the browser image editor, use a supported image file: PNG, JPG, JPEG, JFIF, GIF, BMP or WebP. TIFF is accepted by the general upload control but cannot be edited in the browser. Vector and other non-image files can still be uploaded for the artwork team to use.

Upload the best version you have and add Notes when you need a particular position, colour, wording or other change. If your existing artwork needs help, we can remove backgrounds, resize or reposition it, change or reduce colours, clean it up or add a small amount of text. We do not create a completely new design from scratch.
