What is the design set up fee?

Our setup fees are simple and transparent:

Print Designs

No setup fee - ever. Whether you're printing in one colour or full colour, there's no extra charge to prepare your design for printing.

Even if your uploaded design isn't perfect, our design team will redraw and clean up your artwork for free to make sure it looks great when printed. That said, please send us the highest quality version of your image you can - it helps us match your original design as accurately as possible.

Embroidery

We charge a setup fee of £9.99+VAT per embroidery design and size. This covers the digitisation process, where we convert your logo or artwork into a precise stitch file for our embroidery machines.

Once digitised, your embroidery file is saved forever - so you won't pay the setup fee again when reusing the same design at the same size.

If you change the size of an embroidered logo, the £9.99+VAT embroidery setup fee will be charged again, as the design needs to be digitised again at the new size. This applies whether you make the logo smaller or larger.
