How can I track my order?

Before dispatch, open My Account > Orders to check progress and any action needed from you. See what the order statuses mean. Order progress and courier tracking are different: courier tracking becomes available after dispatch.

Yes - tracking your order is easy. As soon as your order is dispatched, we provide your email address and phone number to the courier. They'll send you tracking details automatically so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

If you don't receive any tracking info, check your spam or junk folder. Still not there? Contact our customer service team and we'll get the tracking link for you.
