What do my order statuses mean?

My Account shows the status that matches your order:

• Artwork being checked means the team is checking your artwork; you will be emailed when it is ready to confirm.
• Awaiting your confirmation means the artwork has been approved for you to check and confirm before the order goes ahead.
• In production means work has started on the order.
• Confirmed identifies a placed order that is not complete and is not currently in production.
• Completed identifies a complete order.
• Quote or Unfinished order identifies work that has not been placed and is still to be completed.

For unfinished orders, the Next step area takes you to the relevant part of the quote. Depending on what is missing, this can be sizes and quantities, artwork, design text, names, a delivery address, or a final review before placing the order.
