Can I get a VAT invoice and view it in My Account?

VAT invoices are automatically generated and sent to your email address one working day after your order has been dispatched. If you need an invoice sooner, contact the team.

You can also open Orders in My Account and select View invoice on an order when an invoice is available. The print-ready page can show an Invoice, Pro-Forma Invoice or Credit Note. It can include the invoice number, order number, date, VAT number, customer order reference and account number, followed by item, design and additional costs and the net, shipping, payment-fee, VAT and total amounts.

Use your browser’s print controls to keep a paper copy or choose a PDF printer if your device offers one. If you need help finding an invoice, contact the team with your order number.
