I required five sample hoodies so that I could pick one for my project. All 5 samples delivered fast and returns instructions were quoted in an email. I have now picked a hoodie we can get our logo onto. I spoke with them on the phone and they were very freindly. Really looking forward to working with them. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service! Wanted an 18th birthday hoodie that wasn't the cheesy generic style and I stumbled upon Yazoo, it's really easy to design your own and you can order just one. The best part was I'd left it really late to order and popped a note on the order asking of there was any chance I could have it delivered before today, it came yesterday! Fantastic service, Fabulous value for money and a First Rate product. Ordered a dozen logo'd beanie hats for a group of friends for a weekend away and they went down a storm (and perfectly timed for the bad weather !) Yazzoo are straightforward and easy to deal with and do not disappoint.

The review below was all true however Yazzoo have responded with great after care and follow up and I’m very happy to amend my review positively. A lot of frustration so far. First delivery had the wrong text colour, the wrong logo size. I'm waiting to see how they respond but my email to them suggested I wasn't very happy.

Hi, we are a small flying school and use your hoodies to sell as part of our merchandise. We like the products because they’re very comfortable, and look great. We also like the quick turnaround when we place an order. Something we definitely feel you can improve on is the presentation of dispatched items. They don’t need fancy packaging, but perhaps some protection from the elements as well as the box they come loose in. They’re always covered in small bits of thread or debris, presumably from the factory floor? This isn’t ideal as we have to spend time clean them off before displaying them ourselves. I had a long look and sift through many different websites offering this service online. Trying them all out can become expensive and sometimes you don't get the quality you expect in one way or another. I can say that I am very happy with the overall finish of the garments that I ordered. Definitely worthy of being hung up for sale in a shop. I will be ordering more. This is just the beginning!
