Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear description of the change. Include the affected product, colour, size, quantity or design, and explain what you want it changed to.

Once an order has been placed, it may be undergoing artwork checks or moving into production. Do not assume that editing a saved design, adding a note elsewhere, or starting a new quote changes an existing order.

For addresses, use My Account's address-change review to see which current orders can be included. Some changes need team approval, and an order's address remains unchanged while the request is awaiting review.

If you need to cancel, follow the cancellation guidance. If you simply want more garments, Order again starts a separate order for you to review.

Wait for confirmation of any requested change, including any effect on the price or delivery date, before assuming it has been made.
