What if a garment colour on my order is no longer available?

A garment colour can become unavailable after you first build your quote. If the order page identifies affected products and colours, check that list before continuing. This warning is different from simply checking a size's current stock level.

For a placed order that has not yet been processed into production, the confirmation page may offer Reopen order and choose new colours.

  1. Read the notice and choose the reopening action when it is offered.
  2. On the reopened order, replace each unavailable garment colour with an available one. Check the sizes, quantities and how your artwork looks on the replacement colour.
  3. Review the updated total and delivery information.
  4. Select Place Order to submit the order again when everything is correct.

While the order is reopened, it is no longer placed: nothing will be made until you place it again. All affected items need an available colour before you can continue.

If production has already started, the order cannot be reopened through this control. Follow the message on the page and contact our team with your order number to discuss a replacement. Do not assume that a note alone confirms a colour change.
