What can I do in the image editor?

The browser image editor provides tools for common artwork adjustments. Use Move to select a layer and drag it, or enter its X, Y, width and height in millimetres. You can keep proportions while resizing and centre a layer in the print area. Flip & Rotate provides horizontal and vertical flips and 90-degree rotations.

You can add another picture as a new layer, or add text using the same available fonts, colours and styling system as text designs. The editor also has a brush, eraser, eyedropper, fill and Replace Colour. Rectangle, ellipse and lasso selections support selected-pixel edits. Magic Wand and the advanced Colour Range tool select pixels by colour.

Use More tools if advanced tools are hidden. The canvas has zoom, fit-to-screen, 1:1 view, pan, a millimetre ruler, a grid and an optional garment-colour backdrop. The editor is for pixel artwork and saves a flattened PNG of the visible layers to the design.

Try the preview carefully after any background or colour change. The artwork may be clipped by the print area when saved.

For specific tasks, see removing a background, recolouring and erasing, and adding text to an image.
