How do I change my password?

Open Security in My Account. Under Change password, enter your current password, your new password and the new password again. All three fields are required and the two new passwords must match.

Choose a new password with 8 to 31 characters and no spaces. Select Change password after checking the entries. When the change is confirmed, the password fields are cleared and the account shows a success message. If the current password is incorrect or the change is refused, read the message and correct the details before trying again.

If you do not receive a confirmation, do not submit the change again immediately. If you cannot sign in afterwards, use the forgotten-password option on the login page or contact us for help. Keep your password private.
