Can I reopen a cancelled quote?
Some cancelled quotes can be reopened. This is available for an eligible unplaced quote that you cancelled yourself, while signed in with the account that owns it. It is not a way to restore every cancelled order.
- Sign in with the account you used for the quote.
- Open the original quote link, for example from your saved quote email. If you still have the quote open, trying to edit it may instead show the reopening prompt.
- When offered, choose Reopen quote and continue. Choose Keep cancelled if you do not want to restore it.
- After reopening is confirmed, check the products, artwork, quantities, delivery details and current prices before continuing.
Reopening lets you edit the quote again; it does not place an order or take payment. Review it and place the order only when you are ready.
If the page says the order cannot be reopened, or you do not have its original link, contact us with the quote number. A quote cancelled by someone else or an already placed order may not qualify. Do not assume a missing quote can always be restored.
If the result is unclear, reload the page to check whether the quote reopened before trying again. See cancellation and saving a quote.
