Where do I put artwork notes and delivery instructions?

The order page has different notes boxes so your instructions reach the right part of the order:

• Notes beside a design: describe changes to that artwork, such as a colour change, extra wording or a positioning request. Identify exactly what should change and what should stay.
• Order Notes: add information our sales or artwork team should know when checking the whole order.
• Delivery Instructions: add practical instructions for the delivery driver, such as how to find the entrance.

A note requesting an artwork change is an instruction for review; it does not mean the change is already visible or approved. Check the artwork proof when it is ready.

If you want to keep a background that might otherwise be removed, say so clearly in the design Notes. For a change to an order you have already placed, or a time-critical request, contact us with the order number. Do not rely on a courier instruction to change artwork, quantities or a delivery address.
