What should I check before placing my order?

Before choosing Place Order, work through the quote's Designs, Items and Summary sections:

• Products: check each style, garment colour, size and quantity. The estimated quantity used for a quote is not a substitute for entering the actual items.
• Artwork: check each design, print or embroidery choice, position and size. Save any changes still open in an editor.
• Personalisation: check spelling, capital letters, numbers and which garment each name belongs to.
• Delivery: check the selected date, delivery address and any instructions for the driver.
• Price: review the order total, VAT, delivery and any additional charges. Check that an accepted discount is reflected in the total.

Add any remaining instructions in the relevant notes box before submission. After placing the order, follow any payment and artwork-confirmation steps shown. If a submitted order needs changing, contact us with the order number so we can check what is still possible.
