What happens while an address change is under review?

Some current-order address changes need the team to review them. During the review, the order keeps its current delivery address. If you select that order in the review, you will see that the change will be sent to the team and will not change the order address until approval.

After saving, the address may show Delivery change awaiting review. While that message is present, you cannot edit or remove that saved address. Those controls return when the review is complete. If the current order needs correcting sooner, contact the team.

The order can later show that the address change was applied, or that the request was declined and the order address was not changed. Read the message on the order card for the outcome of that order. A saved-address change and the address on a current order can therefore have different statuses while the review is in progress.
