Sign in and open My Account. The account menu gives you five areas:
- Overview shows orders needing attention, current orders and saved-address counts.
- Orders lets you search and filter orders, open an order, pay when payment is needed, view an available invoice, order again or request cancellation when the order is eligible.
- Addresses stores billing and delivery addresses and lets you choose defaults.
- My details contains the name, contact email, telephone and company information on your account.
- Security contains email preferences and password change controls.
Choose a section from the account navigation, or use the summary links on the overview. If you are not signed in, the account page sends you to the login page first. A verified shop owner may also see a My Shop link in the account navigation.
