How do I search and filter my orders?

Open Orders in My Account. You can search using an order number, product name, design name or your customer reference. Enter the term in Search orders and select Search, or press Enter. Use Clear search to return to the unfiltered list.

You can also choose one of these groups:

• All orders
• Needs your attention
• Quotes & unfinished orders
• Current orders
• Completed orders

The account shows counts beside the groups. It loads an initial set and provides Load more orders when more results are available. An empty group does not mean the order was deleted; try another group or clear the search. Each order card can show its order number, your reference, creation date, planned dispatch date and total when those values are available.
