How do I pay when My Account shows payment is needed?

Open Orders and find the order carrying the Payment needed or Payment due label. The order card may also show the outstanding balance. Select Pay now to open payment for that order.

Payment needed means payment is needed before the order can go ahead. Payment due is used when a completed order has been invoiced and needs payment now. The balance is shown when it is available.

If payment is due but Pay now is missing, or the balance looks wrong, contact the team with the order number before paying. Follow the payment page for the payment options and confirmation shown for your order.
