How do I control offers and product news emails?

Open Security in My Account and find Email preferences. The available choice is Send me occasional offers and product news. Tick the box if you want to receive those messages, or clear it if you do not, then select Save email preference.

The page confirms the preference after it has been saved. If it shows an error, read the message and correct what it asks for. If you do not receive a confirmation, refresh My Account and check the preference before submitting it again.

This choice is separate from the contact email in My details. That email is used for contact about your orders. Clearing occasional offers and product news does not remove the contact email; keep it current so order contact can reach you.
